Lighting Requirements of the 2015 IECC Energy Code

IES Atlanta invites you to join us on Tuesday, February 12th for a seminar on Lighting Requirements of the 2015 IECC Energy Code. Our presenter will be Trey Wiley, who is a Certified Education Instructor with SESCO Lighting.

Networking starts at 5:30 PM followed by the seminar from 6-7PM. A light dinner & refreshments will be provided. Cost for the event is $20 for IES Members or $25 for non-Members.

Description:

  • Obtain and apply a working knowledge of the 2015 International Energy Conservation Code dealing with energy issues pertaining to new and existing commercial building lighting.
  • Compare and evaluate power limiting requirements pertaining to new and existing commercial building lighting.
  • Compare and evaluate control requirements pertaining to new and existing commercial building lighting.
  • Identify and differentiate between indoor and outdoor lighting requirements.

Presenter:
Trey Wiley is a Certified Education Instructor with SESCO Lighting. He travels throughout the Southeast delivering CEU lectures to architects and engineers. Trey Wiley graduated from The University of Kansas in 1993 with a BS in Architectural Engineering and an emphasis on lighting and electrical systems. Trey is both a LEED AP BD&C accredited professional and a PE by examination and is presently registered in five states (Kansas, Texas, California, Florida, and Georgia).
